If you want to get those great before and after pictures, you have to learn how to properly eat before and after your workouts.Make the most out every snack you have before and after your meals.Before the workout, you need carbohydrates because they keep your energy steady throughout your workout. You can also eat a small carbohydrate snack right before the workout and get a short boost like nitro on a car.Your pre-carbohydrate snacks should have some protein. This small bit of protein will reduce muscle soreness and prolong your workout weeks without you feeling its time for a break. Pre-carbohydrate snacks that i recommend are oatmeal and almonds, peanut butter or honey toast, a banana, apricot,or/and a glass of juice. When i say pre-workout, i mean at least a hour before.OK, Now let say you did the workout, tore all these muscles fibers, and want them to repair effectively. After the workout, you also need carbohydrates to refuel energy in the body. You need to eat a lot of protein after the workout to repair muscles, so your muscles can get stronger and adapt. After the workout, i recommend eating a smoothie with yogurt, berries, peanut butter crackers,low fat milk, beans and rice, or/and a turkey sandwich. You eat some of these snacks before and after your workout and i guarantee you'll be showing your before and after pictures in no time.  Let the guru cure you of bad snacks before and after your workout.
